Our Maple Cider Vinaigrette is a delicious vinaigrette for any time of the year. We drizzle this vinaigrette on our kale and mixed green salad which includes delicious roasted beets, sweet potatoes, honey crisp apples, golden raisins, candied nuts and mouth watering Asher Blue on top. Kale, a superfood, dresses very well for a longer period of time.
What you’ll need:
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until it is completely blended. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
