All of our weddings and events are customizable which means every menu is different based on our client’s preferences and needs. But, if we had a menu option we see most often it would be our crab cakes! Crab cakes are versatile and work well as an appetizer or an entrée. Combining crab cakes with our signature lemon dill sauce is a match made! This sauce pairs perfectly – the fresh herbs and lemon compliment the warm crusty exterior making you want to double dip!
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until use. Sauce will thicken as it chills.
