In developing our menu, we have embraced our southern heritage and local ingredients, however, we are also able to infuse cultural aspects into food design and presentation. After all we live in a wonderful world with a global marketplace.
Every dish we place on our menu, from Guinness braised short ribs to tempura okra fries to ostrich fan fillet is tasted and critiqued by our team. Furthermore, WE BELIEVE IN ON SITE COOKING. Final cooking preparation is key to incredibly good catered food and we have the equipment and expertise to make it happen.
