- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup evoo
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in food processor then pulse until everything is incorporated.
Can be made ahead of time, holds in refrigerator for at least a week if not longer.
