Chimichurri Sauce

It is time to dust the pollen off your grill and get cooking! SFC has a scrumptious sauce that pairs superbly with any protein like eggs, flat iron steak, pork chops, chicken, and even your favorite seafood.  Chimichurri Sauce is packed with loads of fresh herbs resulting in a bright green color that will make your plate totally “Instagram-able!” This sauce is truly flavorful, and is a versatile sauce for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

INGRIDENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup evoo
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor then pulse until everything is incorporated.

CHEF TIPS:

Can be made ahead of time, holds in refrigerator for at least a week if not longer.
