INGREDIENTS
- 16 shells
- 1 1/2 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 4 cups spinach, rough chopped
- 12 oz. ricotta
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs. basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/4 cup marinara sauce
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil and saute garlic and spinach.
Mix together the sauteed spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, parm, egg, basil, salt nd pepper.
Cook Shells.
Stuff shells and place on bed of marinara sauce then drizzle more sauce on top and sprinkle parm on top when serving.
