Green Goddess Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parsley, rough chop
  • 1 Scallion, rough chop
  • 1 tbs. Tarragon, rough chop
  • 1 tsp. White wine vinegar
  • 2 Anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 1 Garlic clove, rough chop

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
