INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parsley, rough chop
- 1 Scallion, rough chop
- 1 tbs. Tarragon, rough chop
- 1 tsp. White wine vinegar
- 2 Anchovy fillets (optional)
- 1 Garlic clove, rough chop
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
