Shrimp Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb. Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs. Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup Celery, small diced
  • 2 tbs. Onion, small diced 
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Boil shrimp in water with Old Bay seasoning for 2 minutes or just until pink and firm. Let cool.

In a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss onto cooled shrimp. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
