INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parsley, rough chop
  • 1 scallion, rough chop
  • 1 tbs. tarragon, rough chop
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove, rough chop

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
