INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parsley, rough chop
- 1 scallion, rough chop
- 1 tbs. tarragon, rough chop
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 anchovy fillets (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, rough chop
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together until completely smooth. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
