INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbs. honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 tbs. garlic, minced
- 1 tbs. ginger, grated
- 1 tbs. scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sriracha
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together and pour over meat. Let marinate for at least one hour before cooking.
