INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb. Crab meat
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. Cayenne
- 1 tbs. Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbs. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
DIRECTIONS
Drain crabmeat. Stir together bisquick, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, parsley, and lemon zest. Whisk together milk, eggs, lemon juice, and worcestershire and add to dry ingredients. Add crab meat.
Fry at 375 degrees for 30 seconds or until golden brown, turning once. Serve immediately with Creole sauce.
