Chicken Salad with Grapes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lb. Chicken
  • 1 1/2 lb. Celery
  • 1 1/2 lb. Apples
  • 1 lb. White raisins
  • 1 1/2 lb. Grapes
  • 4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp. White pepper
  • 1 tbs. Salt
  • 1 tbs. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Curry

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix together chicken, celery, apples, raisins, and grapes in a bowl.

Mix together mayonnaise, honey, white pepper, salt, and vinegar (and curry too if using) in another bowl.

Add sauce to the chicken mixture and mix together until evenly coated. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
