INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Shrimp, 26/30 ct.
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. Hot sauce
- 1 cup Yellow grits
- 1 qt. Heavy cream
- 2 cups Cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Toss together seasoning mixture and shrimp. Set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp, chicken broth, worcestershire, and hot sauce. Cook shrimp until done.
