INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups Basil leaves, packed
- 1 cup Pine nuts
- 1 cup Parmesan, grated
- 6 Garlic cloves, grated
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice (or more to taste)
- 1 tbs. Honey
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together while gradually adding olive oil until the proper consistency. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
