INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups basil leaves, packed
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 6 garlic cloves, grated
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (or more to taste)
- 1 tbs. honey
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together while grdaually adding olive oil until the proper consistency. Taste to adjust seasonings if needed.
