INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. Sea scallops
- 1 lb. Bacon slices
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tbs. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbs. Parsley, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Wrap each scallop with bacon slice and secure with a toothpick.
Mix together syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brush glaze on scallops and broil in oven for 10-15 minutes. Brush remaining sauce half way through cooking process.
Garnish with parsley.
