Using this homemade sauce is a perfect way to top a salad, cool down a spicy dish or even use as a dip with vegetables or pizza! You’ll never want to buy bottled blue cheese sauce again after tasting this creamy rendition!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 4 oz Maytag blue cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper coarse salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make the sauce by whisking together all the ingredients.
  2. Put in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight, make sure to cover your blue cheese sauce.
