While Scarborough Fare Catering has an extensive menu of delectable dishes, the key is combining fresh ingredients with proper preparation including tried and true recipes.

In developing our menu, we have embraced our southern heritage and local ingredients, however, we are also able to infuse cultural aspects into food design and presentation.  After all we live in a wonderful world with a global marketplace. 

Every dish we place on our menu, from Guinness braised short ribs to tempura okra fries to ostrich fan fillet is tasted and critiqued by our team.  Furthermore, WE BELIEVE IN ON SITE COOKING.  Final cooking preparation is key to incredibly good catered food and we have the equipment and expertise to make it happen.  This level of commitment ensures consistently good food and spectacular catered events!

Everything was just perfect. Everyone sang praises for the food. Every comment was totally favorable. I even had time to eat a plate full and went back for a little bit of seconds. Really, everything was beautiful. Your wait staff was very professional and you did not realize they were around serving food, then picking up plates. It was a beautiful reception in every way and a simple “thank you” cannot express how much I appreciate the way everything was handled. It was just great!!!
